THE BUILD

01
Visualize The Build
The first step is to meet on either your lot or ours. During this meeting, we'll work together to assess if we can make your dream home a reality and what the necessary budget is to make it all happen!

02
Initial Design
The initial design phase can vary, but the main goal is to create a plan that aligns with your preferences and fits within your budget. The first step in this process is to establish a plan and elevation that you can envision enjoying for many years to come. To initiate plan development, a $10,000 deposit will be required, as well as multiple scheduled meetings with our architect. Once the plan is developed, we will proceed to the estimating stage.

03
Preliminary Pricing
Upon completion of the approved plans, we will begin the estimating stage. While most pricing details can be determined, the impact of engineering on the foundation and structure may still need consideration. The estimate will be close, but the final build price depends on site conditions determined by completed engineering. By this time, all of your selections for appliances, interior decor, windows, etc. should already be selected.

04
Final Design Selections
As design details are meticulously considered, customized specification documents are created at this phase for implementation in the field. Drawings are also finalized for submission to the city for approval.

05
Final Pricing
The book is almost complete! With your selections finalized and engineering work finished, we can compile comprehensive specifications and present you with the final price.

06
Begin the Build
Once all your selections, engineering work, and municipal approvals are in order, we will schedule a pre-construction meeting with you. During this meeting, we will review your selections and finishes one more time. This thorough review ensures a smooth construction process and helps us adhere to our construction build time commitments.
